Christian Bale is back in a special April issue with Anne Hathaway as Catwoman. The Summer Movie Preview issue is on sale now and features some new interviews with director Christopher Nolan, Anne Hathaway, and Tom Hardy. Here are some excerpts from the Entertainment Weekly preview.
I had to physically transform,” says Hathaway, calling from London, where she’s currently shooting Les Misérables with Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe. “Chris sat me down at the beginning and said, ‘Joseph Gordon-Levitt did all of his own fighting in Inception. That one zero-gravity fight? He trained for two months.’ I basically left his office and went to the gym and just came out about five minutes ago.
Tom Hardy on Bane
It’s a risk, because we could be laughed at — or it could be very fresh and exciting,” says Hardy, adding that the voice he developed was influenced by many factors, including a desire to honor the comic book character’s brains and Caribbean heritage. “The audience mustn’t be too concerned about the mumbly voice,” says Hardy. “As the film progresses, I think you’ll be able to tune to its setting.
Talking about superheroes, the most impressive image must be the special-tailored superhero costumes. If you have to choose one in Spiderman, superman, and batman, who is your favorite hero in your heart? Maybe it’s Batman.
Three artists, which took three months, commonly made the great Batman costume according to the game “batman: gump asylum“. This costume adopts the exquisite production technology, art style close to the prototype design of the game, and it can be considered a work of art. Meanwhile, it’s a quite fashion work.
Talking about superheroes, the most impressive image must be the special-tailored superhero costumes. They are always dressed up in zentai costume, colorful facemask and also equipped with their weapons. The most familiar superheroes are spiderman, superman, Batman and lately revealed Green Lantern. The good news is that not long before there will be a new hero come to us—the “Captain America”.
Pen, parchment and an idea. Finally free to stir the vast macrocosm of our unrivaled creativity as modern apes, after another horrific ground-hog day listening to HR motivate you with robotic one-liners and adorn your cubicle with fluffy little mascots.
At last — at last you can become the anything and everything your day-to-day lacks. You can transcend your humanity and personify your wildest dreams. You can envision a hero, and bring him to life and share him with the world. Complete with redundant overarching political overtones that are never as subtle as you think they are. Then all you have to do is passively watch your creature, as it ages like milk.
The problem is, for the rest of us, sometimes people who like yogurt validify certain artistic monstrosities without our consent. I have done my best to compile a subjective list of real, popular “superheroes” that have somehow achieved a modicum of notoriety. Although admittedly, for all the wrong reasons.
All due respect to the Norse legend and the whole God of Thunder thing, Thor has always seemed like a B-lister among comic book superheroes — nowhere near as complex and compelling and prone to dark moments as the Supermen and Batmen and Spideys.
And the good news is: Thanks in large part to a charming, funny and winning performance from Australian actor Chris Hemsworth in the title role, the big-screen version of “Thor” is the most entertaining superhero debut since the original “Spider-Man.” Director Kenneth Branagh brings his Shakespearean cred to the table, but he balances the speechifying about loyalty and betrayal and father-son issues with breathtaking action sequences, dazzling special effects and some wickedly funny moments as well. (We even get at least two references to “The Avengers.”) The result is wall-to-wall entertainment that sets the bar high for the 2011 summer superhero season.
We know superheroes for their great images. Everyone knows that superman is one of the most strongest hero one can find. However, only a few knows about the origin of his powers. Except their fantastic looking, there are some covered secrets that is under discovery which you could know from this article. Keep reading!
The Man of Steel
To start with, you should have a basic knowledge regarding superman’s arsenal. He has five main powers which are flight, strength, speed, heat and X-ray vision. These five powers are certainly not present to either one of us on earth. Well, we do have speed and strength but not enough to be faster than a bullet or strong enough to stop a speeding locomotive. Where did his power came from in the first place?
1 He is not human
Now that explains it all. Superman is an alien with a human-like face. He came from Krypton. It is said that the gravity of their planet is 15 times stronger than earth. This made his muscles stronger and thus enabling him to be so strong and fast here on earth. This also explains why his weakness is a kryptonite which is a rock from his planet.
2 He should be a doctor
I can’t understand why the creator of superman made him a journalist. I know their main goal was to make him more aware of the news and recent happenings in his most loved city but would it be even better if he is a doctor? Imagine how he can diagnose a patient by just merely looking with his X-ray vision.
If you are an avid fan of superman like me, you might wonder why he needs to wear a red cape. I know it makes him look good when he is on the air but is it really necessary? What benefit did he attain from wearing it? Sad to say, his red cape is useless. However, it is quite useful for the enemies because they usually grab superman’s cape and throw him with such great force. And you might even wonder why this cape is so durable to withstand even the strongest impacts.
The dark knight
In Gotham city rest the most secretive hero I have ever met. He is the dark knight commonly known as batman. He lived by his name with his bat-like costume that reflects such a spooky shadow, he lives in a cave like most bats do and his weapons are bat-inspired as well. He hunts at night maybe because he wants to scare the hell out of his enemies to catch them off-guard. I remember fearing than loving him when I was just a little girl. Here are some facts that you might not know about this bat enthusiast.
1 He never laughed
Seeing him grin is the farthest that I have been in search for a happy batman. He is so serious and I somehow know the reason. He wants to maintain his cool identity. Can you imagine a laughing batman? It will certainly make him look like a villain. Or maybe he just need a session with Jim Carrey? If the famous comedian can’t make him laugh, then no one can.
2 He is famous for creepy entrance and exits
If you saw one of his shows, you will certainly notice how creepy this hero is when it comes to visiting someone for a talk or meeting a person in a certain place to ask him about relevant information regarding a certain case. One last thing, he never uses the door.
Who would not want to have his awesome suit? Even the U.S. government wants to get a hold of it. Imagine if all the U.S. marines are wearing that in war. They can be unstoppable and that would be so unfair. Maybe it’s better having it for ironman alone. Unlike batman, this hero is the most vulgar of all. He even said in world television his true identity! That’s not really normal for a superhero to do. If you can’t get enough of ironman, here are some things that you might not know about him.
1 His father created Captain America
Have anyone of you seen the trailer of the movie Captain America? The scientist who initiated Captain America‘s transformation was Mr. Starks. Well, I am not yet sure about this. Maybe he is just a relative but that would be so unlikely because movies usually have some connections like these to make things even more interesting. Whether it might be true or not, the relevant thing is that ironman certainly got his brain power from his father.
2 His heart is in the middle?
When I was just in grade school until now, the heart I know is located on the left side of the chest. But maybe technology made him do that. No one can really question a thing about ironman because the fact that he made such an awesome suit like that will give you an idea that all his answers will probably be technology. But he is cool. I love ironman and I hope he meets up with the other avengers soon.

Superhero films have been popular for years since superman came out. They have brought us so many fantastic hero images that we could never forget them just because their bravery, super powder and holly spirit have impressed us so deeply. This time on my blog, I have list the most shocking superhero films. Will you agree with me, just keeping checking!
No.1 Superman: The Movie
Richard Donner’s take on Superman set the standard by which all superhero movies will be judged. In short, Reeve is Superman to many people on the planet, and his ability to completely own a decades-old character makes the film work.
Couple Reeve’s spot-on performance with a balanced, delicately-paced script, an outstanding performance matched with the well-designed superhero costume by Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor, and one of the most memorable endings in cinema, and you have the best superhero film ever made.
No.2 Batman Begins
Widely considered one of the greatest comic films of all time, Batman Begins does everything right and gives Batman fans the film they have always demanded. The film presents an exceptionally competent storyline that succeeds in explaining and justifying everything the superhero is able to achieve, something rarely seen even in the comics.
